Ordered items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 

All items can be returned except home fragrances products (scented candle, soap, home fragrance, pillow mist, scented bouquet and refill for scented bouquet)

Products must be in SELLABLE CONDITION, with the original packaging, labels and unwashed.
