All orders below 880HKD will be charged a delivery fee based on product weight and dimension.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?
Ordered items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.
All items can be returned except home fragrances products (scented candle, soap, home fragrance, pillow mist, scented bouquet and refill for scented bouquet)
Products must be in SELLABLE CONDITION, with the original packaging, labels and unwashed.
How can I do a return?
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +852-39041153
- Send your parcel to Mira Store with your invoice and order number or bring directly your product to Mira Store.
- Once your parcel has been received you will get the refund on the credit card used to do the purchase
Can I have a shipment to Mainland China?
To assist the customs clearance for cross-border express service to Mainland China, receiver is required to offer ID copy and declare value on waybill. Sorry for the inconvenience.
